For thousands of years, Chinese medicine, Eastern beliefs, and – more recently – science, all recognise that we have an interconnecting network of channels that carry energy throughout the body. This energy is referred to as Chi, Prana or Life Force Energy. When this energy is directed with conscious intent, it brings deeper meaning to our lives. A healthy energy system promotes a healthy body on all levels and layers, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. When energy doesn’t flow well, disease can occur in the body. Therefore, it’s imperative that we have healthy flowing energy in order to support a happy, healthy body.
Stress, fear, negative thinking, toxins, illness, poor diet, dehydration, lack of exercise – these are all contributing factors towards energy blockages in the body.
Everything is energy; we can’t make or destroy energy but we can alter the frequency of it. Our physical body exists and lives in the world of matter. But a subtler aspect of us is woven within and throughout our physical body. The Clearing Energy Blocks Symbol is a symbolic representation of a frequency of light that holds the intention to detect and clear blocks in your energy field.
In the book, Man and His Symbols, Carl Jung encourages individuation, the process of developing a connection with ones’ own inner self. He also explains that the subconscious mind knows how to decipher symbols when we over analyse them or try to work them out they lose their magic.

For me personally, I feel the shifts in my body followed by a release of energy.

One man I worked with said it not only cleared his blocks but also the emotional baggage behind the blocks. As a result, he felt it was safe to release the blocks without fearing the emotions that caused the block in the first place. He felt lighter in his energy and had clearer thinking. How do I work with this symbol?
Simply set the intention that you are going to clear energy blocks in your energy field. Visualise yourself stepping into the energy of the symbol. Allow your energy to adapt to the higher frequency of light. Get a sense of the shifts and changes in your energy.
While connecting with the energy of the symbol, state aloud this affirmation: I give myself permission and instruction to clear all blocks on all levels of my being. I overwrite these blocks with my higher self mindset and new thinking.
Find your own natural rhythmic breathing. It may be that you breathe in for the count of four… then pause. Breathe out for the count of five… then pause, repeating this rhythmic breathing for a few minutes.
